Lunar New Year Visit to Social Welfare Facilities

The Muan County Council in Jeollanam-do (Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun) announced on the 3rd that it delivered consolation goods to two social welfare facilities in the area on the 2nd ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

On that day, Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun, Vice Chairman Lim Dong-hyun, and council members Kim Bong-seong, Jung Eun-kyung, Lim Yoon-taek, Lim Hyun-soo, and Park Ssang-bae visited Elim Welfare Town Nursing Home and Haneulkkum Regional Children's Center to deliver consolation goods and encourage the users and workers of the social welfare facilities.

Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun said, "I hope this will be a warm holiday sharing warmth and affection," and added, "We will continue to carry out more active council activities for the residents who are marginalized and facing difficulties."

Meanwhile, the Muan County Council takes the lead in spreading a culture of sharing by visiting social welfare facilities in the area and delivering consolation goods every year during the holidays.
