The winning lower limit applies to household members without housing for more than three years and was closed exclusively to Seoul residents with ▲198 payments for exclusive 39㎡ ▲17.6 million KRW for exclusive 51㎡ ▲22.6 million KRW for exclusive 59㎡ ▲22.52 million KRW for exclusive 84㎡.
For special supply, the youth category selected winners by a perfect score lottery in all areas with ▲priority supply 9 points ▲remaining supply 12 points. The newlywed couple category conducted lotteries with ▲exclusive 39㎡ priority supply 8 points, remaining supply metropolitan area 6 points ▲exclusive 51㎡ priority supply 9 points, remaining supply 9 points ▲exclusive 59㎡ priority supply 9 points, remaining supply 10 points ▲exclusive 84㎡ priority supply 9 points, remaining supply 11 points. The first-time homebuyer category selected all winners by lottery. The perfect score for special supply is 9 points for priority supply and 12 points for remaining supply.
The general supply subscription savings winning lower limit for Wirye A1-14 block was between 19.72 million KRW and 25.1 million KRW, with the highest subscription savings deposit amount for general supply winners being 39.07 million KRW (exclusive area 59㎡). The winning lower limit applies to household members without housing for more than three years and closed at ▲exclusive 50㎡ 20.9 million KRW for the local area, 19.72 million KRW for the metropolitan area ▲exclusive 59㎡ 25.1 million KRW for the local area, 24.6 million KRW for the metropolitan area.
For special supply youth category, winners were selected by a perfect score lottery in all areas and regions with ▲priority supply 9 points ▲remaining supply 12 points. The newlywed couple category conducted lotteries with ▲exclusive 50㎡ priority supply 9 points, remaining supply 10 points (all regions) ▲exclusive 59㎡ priority supply 9 points, remaining supply 12 points (local area), 11 points (metropolitan area). The first-time homebuyer category selected all winners by lottery.
In this pre-reservation, Magok District attracted about 8,300 applicants for 273 households, recording an average competition rate of 31 to 1, while Wirye District attracted about 21,600 applicants for 333 households, recording an average competition rate of 65 to 1.
Magok District Complex 16 is scheduled for the main subscription in February 2027 and move-in in September 2027, while Wirye District A1-14 block is scheduled for the main subscription in July 2027 and move-in in February 2028. The main subscription is a post-sale conducted at 90% construction progress, allowing winners to decide on the contract after confirming the actual house.
SH Corporation plans to review whether the winners meet the selection criteria such as income, housing status, and assets in the future.
