Kim Chun-jin, President of the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), visited the food manufacturing site of Erkos Agricultural Corporation, a rice processed food manufacturer located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, on the 30th to discuss measures to promote the consumption of domestic rice and expand exports.
Established in 2014, Erkos Agricultural Corporation is a company that sells various products such as baby food using domestic rice, care food for the elderly, and vegan bread. The company is dedicated to product development, holding 11 registered patents and 5 patent applications.
President Kim visited the food manufacturing site to hear explanations about the products being produced and stated, "We will continue to expand support projects to promote the consumption of domestic rice and rice processed foods, and persistently discover promising export items to enhance farmers' income and expand export markets."
