The Center for Non-Curricular Integrated Management at Chosun University Institute for Educational Innovation held the '2023 Academic Year Department-Led Signature Non-Curricular Program Performance Sharing Meeting' on the 29th and successfully concluded the event.
About 60 participants attended the performance sharing meeting, including Kang Hee-jo, Vice President of Educational Innovation at Chosun University, faculty members and staff operating the department-led signature non-curricular programs.
The meeting shared the operational achievements of the 2023 academic year non-curricular programs and addressed issues discovered through internal performance analysis along with improvement plans. Additionally, participants reaffirmed their aspirations for next year's operations.
Furthermore, an awards ceremony was held for nine departments that achieved excellent results in the Dong-go-dong-rak certification evaluation: ▲Department of History and Culture ▲Department of Creative Writing ▲Department of Design Engineering ▲Department of Political Science and Diplomacy ▲Department of Physics Education ▲Department of Education ▲Department of Nursing ▲Department of Counseling Psychology ▲Department of Occupational Therapy.
Kang Hee-jo, Vice President of Educational Innovation, stated, "Non-curricular curricula are becoming increasingly important within the university's educational system. We hope for continuous interest and participation in the operation of non-curricular curricula aimed at strengthening students' competencies, not just the regular curriculum."
