The eligible participants are high-risk pregnant women, families with infants under 24 months, and other families in need of support residing in the Dongbu area of Hwaseong City. This year, a total of 45 households will be selected.

The city plans to prioritize households such as mothers under 19 years old, single mothers, pregnant women with psychiatric treatment experience including prenatal depression, single-parent families, basic livelihood security recipients, low-income families, multicultural families, and families with multiple births.

Applicants can apply in person at the Dongbu Public Health Center of Hwaseong City or online through the Hwaseong City Public Health Center website from February 1 to February 29.

Selected participants will receive customized services from March to November, where nurses and childcare experts will visit their homes to provide health consultations for mothers, breastfeeding education, infant development consultations, and parenting coaching.

Kim Yeon-hee, director of the Dongbu Public Health Center in Hwaseong City, said, "We will help both mothers and children start a healthy beginning through continuous and comprehensive health management and support for high-risk families."
