Hanatour announced that it will resume its partnership with the international cooperation organization Dail Community for the sustainable development of local communities at Cambodian tourist sites. This agreement was made to promote global social contribution projects and activate volunteer tourism products to contribute to the development of Cambodian communities. Volunteer tourism is a compound word of volunteer activities and tourism, meaning travel that includes volunteer work to help local communities. Through this renewed agreement, Hanatour plans to reintroduce the volunteer tourism product 'The Miracle of One Dollar,' which links Cambodian travel with community volunteer activities at tourist sites. One dollar from the product revenue per customer will be saved and additional donations will be added to support community projects for local residents at tourist sites. Dail Community will support the 'Bread Per Project' for local Cambodian residents using Hanatour's funds.

Lotte Tour Development announced that Grand Hyatt Jeju at Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort will offer special menus presented by global star chefs for Valentine's Day. At the top floor (38th floor) 'Steak House,' executive chef Burton Lee, formerly of the Michelin 1-star restaurant 'CUT Singapore,' will provide a couple's course menu from the 10th to the 14th of next month. At 'Lounge 38,' as well as 'Gallery Lounge' and 'Deli,' Valentine's Day special cakes and desserts prepared by Jonathan, executive pastry chef from the Michelin 3-star Macau restaurant 'Le Bouchon,' will be available. Additionally, limited Valentine's Day cocktails can also be enjoyed.
Phoenix Park to Host Children's Ski Competition
Phoenix Park announced that it will hold the '2nd Children's Ski Competition' on the 25th of next month. The competition, held on the Masters Slope at Phoenix Snow Park, is open to children and students born between 2010 and 2017. The event will be divided into two categories: children-only participation and children participating together with parents. The participation fee is 50,000 KRW for one category (includes lunch vouchers for 2 people) and 70,000 KRW for two categories (includes lunch vouchers for 3 people). Prizes include the highest premium product of Phoenix Snow Park, the 2024-2025 Masters Club season pass worth approximately 10 million KRW. The competition will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of Phoenix Hotel & Resort on the day of the event.
