Hwail Yakpum "Business Despite Administrative Sanctions? No Issue with Maintaining Listing... Inventory Sales Possible"

File Pharmaceuticals, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 29th that the recent administrative disposition it received does not affect its business operations.

The company disclosed that on the 25th, it received a suspension order on manufacturing and import operations from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for File Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, File Anhydrous Lactose, File Diphenhydramine, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Guaifenesin, Dexibuprofen D.C., and 43 other items.

A company representative explained, "This administrative disposition concerns the storage locations of pharmaceuticals and related products. Products manufactured and shipped before the suspension date can still be distributed and sold, so we plan to secure as much inventory as possible to respond accordingly. We will comply with relevant laws and regulations to prevent recurrence and do our best to ensure the supply of pharmaceuticals."

File Pharmaceuticals emphasized that there are no issues regarding the company's business operations, management, or listing status due to this disposition. The administrative order is simply a suspension of manufacturing and import operations, allowing continuous sales of existing product inventory. The company also plans to prevent inconvenience in medical settings by adjusting sales quantities.
