Korea Capital Practices Warm Sharing... 'Sarang-ui Bappeo' Volunteer Service

Employees of Korea Capital, a specialized financial company, extended a helping hand to neighbors in need within the community.

Korea Capital announced on the 29th that they visited the Bapppun Sharing Movement Headquarters in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to carry out the "Love Bapppun Sharing Volunteer Service."

Voluntarily participating Korea Capital employees provided meals to over 400 neighbors visiting the free meal center and donated 5 million KRW to the social welfare corporation Dail Welfare Foundation to support the smooth operation of the free meal center in the future.

Lee Seung-hwan, chairman of the Korea Capital labor union who participated in this volunteer work, said, "We worked hard to prepare food and provide warm meals for elderly people who usually struggle to have even one meal a day, allowing us to reflect on the spirit of sharing for our neighbors."

The employees took charge of everything from ingredient preparation and cooking to serving, dishwashing, and cleaning, gaining valuable experience.

Korea Capital stated, "Following last year, we conducted the Love Bapppun Sharing Volunteer Service again this year and plan to continue it going forward," adding, "We will pay more attention to the underprivileged in the local community and engage in various activities for sharing."
