CEO Kang's organizational management experience and business development capabilities are expected to greatly contribute to improving operational efficiency and expanding business for Tada. His duties begin today, and his term is two years.

CEO Kang said, "Tada has introduced a differentiated mobility experience for both drivers and customers, innovating the domestic mobility market. To ensure Tada's innovation continues, I will do my best to discover and strengthen various growth engines together with the existing Tada team."

Meanwhile, in April 2022, Tada officially launched Tada Next, a premium taxi-hailing service based on large vans such as the Staria and Carnival. It provides a comfortable and safe mobility experience for both drivers and users, maintaining high service satisfaction.

As of the end of last year, Tada's cumulative subscribers reached 3 million. Since December last year, Tada has been available on the taxi-hailing service of Toss, a mobile financial platform with 26 million users, which is expected to accelerate service growth.

This year, Tada aims to strengthen profitability by expanding service supply and demand. To this end, it issued convertible bonds (CB) worth 10 billion KRW at the end of last year, all of which were acquired by Toss this month.
