Safe Driving Pledge Campaign
Earn Mileage by Following Traffic Rules
Contributing to a Healthy Delivery Culture
The number of riders participating in the safe driving campaign "Good Driving Mileage (Accident-Free and Violation-Free Pledge)" conducted by Woowa Brothers in collaboration with the National Police Agency has surpassed 5,000.
Woowa Brothers, which operates the logistics service for Baedal Minjok, announced on the 29th that the cumulative number of safe driving pledges in the "Good Driving Mileage" campaign, jointly conducted with the National Police Agency since 2022, has exceeded 5,594 on its 2nd anniversary. The number of riders who pledged for Good Driving Mileage was 2,187 at the 1-year mark after the agreement and 3,407 in the 2nd year, totaling 5,594 participants.
The Good Driving Mileage system allows riders holding a driver's license to sign a pledge to comply with accident-free and violation-free driving, and if they keep the pledge for one year, they can accumulate 10 mileage points. These accumulated mileage points can later be used to reduce 10 penalty points, encouraging delivery workers to drive safely and fostering a healthy delivery culture.
Since March 2022, Woowa Brothers has participated in the National Police Agency's "Good Driving Mileage" campaign, conducting compliance pledges targeting two-wheeled vehicle riders. Baemin Rider School serves as an offline application window for riders who find it difficult to apply directly. The school collects pledge forms from riders who have completed safety education and submits them to the National Police Agency.
Participation in the Good Driving Mileage program is evaluated to naturally encourage two-wheeled vehicle riders to perform deliveries safely and comply with traffic laws. Baemin Rider School plans to further promote participation in the Good Driving Mileage pledge to help spread a social atmosphere where riders can deliver safely.
A Woowa Brothers official stated, "We will continue to conduct the Good Driving Mileage pledge for Baemin Rider School trainees this year to establish a culture of safe driving for two-wheeled vehicles," adding, "Baemin Rider School will continuously strive to become a leading institution in two-wheeled vehicle traffic safety by running various programs, including the Good Driving Mileage, in cooperation with related organizations."
