Samsung Bioepis Hosts Job Mentoring Program 'What Are You Doing This Winter?'

Samsung Bioepis announced on the 23rd that it will conduct a job mentoring program for bio talents during this winter vacation period as well.

Samsung Bioepis will hold a job mentoring program called "Mentoring in Epischool" and a company briefing session titled "Epis and Online Company Talk" under the theme "What are you doing in winter?". Samsung Bioepis has been alternating these programs with the summer vacation version titled "What are you doing in summer?" for three years.

The Mentoring in Epischool program, held in early next month, is an offline mentoring program where Samsung Bioepis employees serve as mentors to share company and job introductions, required competencies, and job application know-how with bio talents. Mentors are selected for 16 different job roles, providing close offline mentoring related to three job roles per mentee. Applications are accepted through the Samsung Bioepis website until the 29th.

The online company briefing session, Epis and Online Company Talk, scheduled for the 21st of next month, will include company introductions, Q&A sessions, and executive special lectures. Applications will also be accepted through the website from the 9th to the 15th of next month.
