KB Capital Holds '2024 Management Strategy Meeting'
KB Capital announced on the 22nd that on the 19th, CEO Bin Jung-il and employees held the '2024 Management Strategy Meeting' at the headquarters in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The management strategy meeting was divided into morning and afternoon sessions. In the morning session, the direction and goals of KB Capital's 2024 management strategy were shared. The management strategy direction proceeded in the order of management environment analysis, internal status diagnosis, and mid- to long-term strategic direction. KB Capital has achieved stable growth centered on auto finance. However, due to changes in domestic and international financial markets and challenges in the economic market, it is now necessary to diversify the sales asset portfolio to respond to internal and external risks and ensure sustainable growth in the future. Accordingly, strategies for balanced growth, such as discovering continuous growth momentum and advancing the platform, were explored.
In the afternoon session, Kim Yong-seop, director of the Sharp Imagination Research Institute, gave a lecture titled 'Reading the 2024 Trends.' Professor Shin Je-gu of Seoul School of Integrated Sciences and Technologies communicated on the theme of 'Happy Leadership of Leaders.'
CEO Bin emphasized, “This year, KB Capital must drive scalability and profitability through retail finance and enhance growth and soundness in corporate finance to optimize management control,” adding, “We must practice customer-centric management that delivers the highest value to customers and responsible management based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).”
