Donation of 4.9 Million Won to Help Neighbors in Need
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 19th that all public officials in Hapcheon-gun conducted a year-end and New Year fundraising campaign to help neighbors in need, and donated 4.9 million won on the 17th through the Gyeongnam Community Chest of Korea.
All the county office employees stated, “In celebration of the Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign period, we decided to donate funds to help neighbors in difficult situations even a little,” and added, “We will continue to practice sharing for neighbors in need and strive to become a model company in the local community.”
County Governor Kim Yoon-cheol said, “Thank you for collecting donations bit by bit for the underprivileged,” and added, “The donated funds will be used well to support neighbors in need.”
Meanwhile, Hapcheon-gun is operating an intensive fundraising period for the Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign to help neighbors in need until January 31. The donated funds will be used to support neighbors in difficulty within the jurisdiction through the Gyeongnam Community Chest of Korea.
