eGyeongnam Mall Lunar New Year Sale Event ... Up to 20% Coupon Plus Vendor Discounts

Gyeongsangnam-do is holding the "eGyeongnam Mall Lunar New Year Discount Event" again this year to ease the burden of grocery prices for residents and support small business owners' online sales channels.

According to Gyeongnam Province on the 18th, the event will be held on eGyeongnam Mall, Gyeongnam's representative online shopping mall, until February 8.

The Lunar New Year event features over 500 different products and gift sets produced in the province, including rice, apples, pears, dried persimmons, Korean beef, black pork, fish, wine, and Makgeolli.

Along with discounts offered by participating companies, a 20% discount coupon worth up to 20,000 KRW will also be issued.

Products with discount coupons applied will display both the original price and the discounted price, allowing customers to immediately feel the discount rate.

If payment for ordered products is completed by February 5, delivery will be made before the Lunar New Year holiday; payments made after this date will be delivered sequentially after the holiday.

For group or bulk orders, customers can contact the Gyeongnam Investment & Economic Promotion Agency, which operates eGyeongnam Mall, or the eGyeongnam Mall customer center, or select multiple delivery addresses on the eGyeongnam Mall order screen and enter the addresses.

Currently, 637 companies are registered on eGyeongnam Mall, selling a variety of products including agricultural products, livestock products, seafood, processed foods, and industrial goods.

About 100,000 members are using the service, and sales have steadily increased from 10.6 billion KRW in 2022 to 11.4 billion KRW in 2023.

Seong Heung-taek, head of the Small Business Policy Division, said, "We hope that this Lunar New Year eGyeongnam Mall discount event will help reduce the grocery price burden for residents and contribute to increasing sales for small business owners in the province who are struggling due to the economic downturn."
