On the 15th (local time), the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps conducted an airstrike on an 'Israeli intelligence facility' in Iraq, killing a veteran Mossad agent, according to Iranian local media reports on the 18th.
The media reported that when the Revolutionary Guard launched a missile attack on a building in Erbil, the Kurdish autonomous region in northern Iraq, on the 15th, a Mossad officer known by the callsign "Fox," named Ilan, was killed. Ilan had been stationed in the Kurdish autonomous region for 20 years, directing operations against Iran, and four of his team members?Malka, Adika, Hen, and Sharabir?also died in the airstrike, the media added.

The Revolutionary Guard fired a total of seven ballistic missiles at the Israeli intelligence facility in Erbil, Iraq, during the airstrike, and simultaneously struck Islamic State (IS) terrorist facilities located in Syria with missiles, the media explained.
Meanwhile, reports emerged that several explosions were heard in southeastern Iran on the same day due to airstrikes by Pakistan.
According to major foreign media, Iran had previously attacked the base of the Sunni separatist armed group 'Jaish al-Adl' in Pakistan on the 16th with missiles. It appears that Pakistan retaliated with bombing raids two days later.
