A wristband-type ‘smartwatch’ that syncs with a smartphone will be provided free of charge, and mobile gift certificates will be given to participants who achieve their goals. The project participation period is six months.
It targets residents aged 20 to 64, prioritizing those with one or more health risk factors such as blood pressure, blood sugar, abdominal obesity, or triglycerides.
Before participating in the project, residents must visit the public health center for blood, blood pressure, body mass tests, and health consultations. However, residents who have been diagnosed with or are taking medication for blood pressure, diabetes, or hyperlipidemia cannot apply.
The recruitment period is until the 29th of next month, and applications can be submitted by visiting or calling the public health center.
The county plans to select 70 participants in March and notify them individually.
