Construction Expert Ilsin Geonyeong Leading with Substance... Introduces 'Humanville' in Ilsan New Town

Ilsin Geonyeong Co., Ltd. (CEO Tae-sung Jo), celebrating its 35th anniversary, is a renowned construction company that prioritizes solid management philosophy over aggressive growth, introducing the representative ‘Humanville’ brand complexes nationwide. This year, it is attracting attention from buyers with the upcoming sale of ‘Humanville Ilsan Class One’ in the Pungdong district of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.


The reason Ilsin Geonyeong Co., Ltd. is recognized as a reliable construction company is that it consistently builds trust with consumers rather than pursuing aggressive growth, demonstrating resilience even in times of crisis. Despite the sluggish real estate market, Ilsin Geonyeong showed a strong growth trend by climbing 42 ranks in the 2023 construction capability evaluation, entering 74th place.


Its credit ratings, assessed by major institutions, also remain at a high level. First, it received an A+ rating in the credit evaluation system conducted by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation. This system evaluates the creditworthiness of companies involved in guarantee transactions based on their financial status and management capabilities. Ilsin Geonyeong was recognized as an excellent company in various areas such as business risk, operational and brand competitiveness, and future corporate value.


Ilsin Geonyeong also earned an AA rating in the credit evaluation conducted by the Construction Guarantee Association. This rating comprehensively assesses a company’s financial status, non-financial conditions, and financial transactions to evaluate management capability. Ilsin Geonyeong maintained an ‘A’ credit rating for five consecutive years from 2018 to 2022, and in 2023, its rating was upgraded to ‘AA’.


Consequently, the ‘Humanville’ brand complexes supplied nationwide are highly regarded by local consumers. According to actual transaction data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the ‘Yeoju Station Humanville Artraum’ in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, was traded at 430.8 million KRW for an exclusive area of 84㎡ in August last year, which is about 180 million KRW higher than the average apartment price of 84㎡ in Yeoju (approximately 250 million KRW, source: Real Estate R114).


In Sokcho, Gangwon Province, ‘Sokcho Joyang Humanville’ and in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, ‘Jeonju 3rd Eco City Humanville’ are said to offer residential satisfaction comparable to branded complexes such as The Sharp, Xi, and I-Park, earning high praise from local consumers.


As a result, the ‘Humanville Ilsan Class One’ launched as the first sale of the year by Ilsin Geonyeong Co., Ltd. is drawing significant interest from buyers. Previously, Ilsin Geonyeong introduced over 6,800 units of ‘Humanville’ apartments in the Ilsan New Town area, including Ilsan Humanville Phase 1 (822 units), Ilsan Humanville Phase 2 (270 units), and Daehwa Village Humanville (1,255 units), receiving high evaluations. ‘Humanville Ilsan Class One’ will be built in the Pungdong 2 district of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, with a total of 529 units, exclusively composed of the highly preferred 84㎡ units as new apartments in the over 30-year-old Ilsan New Town.
