'Product·Service' Customer Feedback Channel
KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 18th that it will recruit the 5th term of the ‘KB Kookmin Fansumer’ customer panel until the 25th.
‘KB Kookmin Fansumer’ is KB Kookmin Bank’s representative customer panel, serving as a communication channel to gather customer opinions on KB Kookmin Bank’s products and services through activities such as online surveys and task completion.
This 5th term of KB Kookmin Fansumer will recruit about 4,000 members. Customers selected as KB Kookmin Fansumers will participate in online surveys and receive Pointree rewards for their participation.
Additionally, a ‘KB Kookmin Fansumer Leader’ will be separately selected from among the KB Kookmin Fansumers. The Fansumer Leader will also take on roles such as service experience and interviews to propose new ideas and opinions, and can receive additional Pointree rewards.
The activity period is nine months, from March to November this year, and applications can be submitted on the KB Star Banking event page. A KB Kookmin Bank official said, “We ask for active participation in KB Kookmin Fansumer to improve KB Kookmin Bank’s products and services from the customer’s perspective,” and added, “We will continue to strive to provide the best customer experience through customer-centered communication.”
