Lee Jaehyuk, President of Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, Donates 3 Million Won for Neighborly Aid

Jae-hyeok Lee, President of Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, attended the "Gyeongbuk Province Sharing Warmth Relay Event" held in Yecheon-gun on the 17th and donated 3 million KRW.


Despite the bad weather, about 350 people including Lee Cheol-woo, Governor of Gyeongbuk Province, Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, the Korean Red Cross Gyeongbuk Chapter, and volunteers participated in the briquette sharing volunteer activity.


The Gyeongbuk Province Warmth Sharing Relay Event is a nationwide campaign to comfort citizens who have experienced various disasters and socio-economic difficulties and to encourage each other. On this day, heads of institutions and organizations in Gyeongsangbuk-do participated to announce the start of the campaign throughout the province.

In particular, at this relay event, Jae-hyeok Lee, President of Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, donated 3 million KRW, which corresponds to the full amount of his personal donation.


Jae-hyeok Lee, President of Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, said, "It is meaningful to start the first activity of the new year with volunteer work," and added, "Last year, thanks to the love of the residents, Gyeongbuk Development Corporation achieved the results of 'No. 1 in management evaluation, No. 1 in customer satisfaction, and Grade 1 in overall integrity.' To give back, I planned to return to the local community through a donation of the salary increase."
