SH Corporation Special Supply Second Day Access Failure on 16th
Additional Applications Accepted for 4 Hours from 10 AM on 19th
Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) will accept additional applications on the 19th due to access disruptions on the subscription website during the pre-reservation special supply subscription period for Magok and Wirye.
On the 17th, SH Corporation announced that additional pre-reservation special supply applications for Magok Complex 16 and Wirye A1-14 Block will be accepted for four hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 19th.
On the second day of the special supply subscription, starting at 4:40 p.m. on the 16th, access disruptions occurred on the SH internet subscription site due to a KCB system error. It was confirmed that some applicants were unable to complete their subscription at that time.
This additional special supply application will be accepted only through the internet subscription system.
Magok District Complex 16 (exclusive areas of 39, 51, 59, and 84㎡) is a land leasehold sale housing with 273 units available, of which 216 units are for special supply. In Magok District, the land is publicly owned while the ownership of the building belongs to the buyers. The sale price is 70% of the market price, and after fulfilling a mandatory five-year residence period, the property can be repurchased by the public.
The estimated sale prices and land lease fees for Magok District Complex 16 are as follows: ▲39㎡ - 235.14 million KRW with a land lease fee of 383,200 KRW ▲51㎡ - 308.75 million KRW with a land lease fee of 499,200 KRW ▲59㎡ - 359.49 million KRW with a land lease fee of 580,800 KRW ▲84㎡ - 491.38 million KRW with a land lease fee of 825,600 KRW.
Wirye A1-14 Block (exclusive areas of 50 and 59㎡) is a profit-sharing type (Nanum type) with 333 units available. Of these, 264 units are for special supply targeting youth, newlyweds, and first-time homebuyers. For Wirye A1-14, the sale price for the 50㎡ unit is 589.75 million KRW, and for the 59㎡ unit, it is 694.95 million KRW.
General supply applications will be accepted from 10 a.m. on the 17th until 5 p.m. on the 18th. The general supply quantities are 57 units for Magok Complex 16 and 69 units for Wirye A1-14 Block. Eligibility for general supply applications requires applicants to be members of a household without home ownership residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon. In the case of Wirye, applicants must be heads of a household without home ownership, and all household members must not have won any housing allocation in the past five years.
