During the inspection, priority was given to checking the establishment of work plans for confined spaces with asphyxiation risks, measurement of oxygen concentration, and the status of winter-critical management tasks and compliance for confined space concrete pouring work. CSO Cho emphasized the importance of prior management of confined spaces, stating, "Asphyxiation accidents are disasters that can be prevented through thorough pre-inspections."
Additionally, the operation of smart safety devices such as intelligent video cameras to prevent forklift collisions and smart balls that measure harmful gases during concrete curing were also checked. CSO Cho also rewarded outstanding workers who diligently carried out safety activities.

HDC Hyundai Development Company held a meeting with representatives of partner companies and on-site staff to discuss on-site safety management measures and difficulties, and deliberated on improvement plans.
CSO Cho stated, "This year marks the first year of preparing for a new decade of leap forward, and to support this, strengthening safety and quality capabilities on-site must come first. If any risk factors are found, anyone must immediately exercise the right to stop work, and before starting work, thoroughly check for any hazardous parts to block the possibility of accidents."
HDC Hyundai Development Company is actively implementing newly established safety and health policies and goals this year to prevent safety accidents. Work plans are established for all types of construction, and the three major preventive activities?risk assessments involving both labor and management, and daily safety meetings?are conducted. The company plans to strengthen a prevention-centered safety and health system by reducing the proportion of high-risk accidents to within 5%.
