DA Tech "Strategic Meeting with V-Space, US Aircraft Manufacturer"

DA Technology announced on the 17th that V-Space held a strategic meeting with a U.S. aircraft manufacturer.

Based on this meeting, V-Space plans to actively collaborate and commence research and development of the eSTOL (electric short takeoff and landing) aircraft. They have established a development plan for eSTOL, and once development is complete, they intend to sell the eSTOL aircraft primarily through pilot academies in the United States.

During CES2024, V-Space participated in the Global Networking Day, inviting highly interested potential buyers. Through this, they focused on expanding their foothold in the U.S. market as well as identifying potential clients.

Currently, as they prepare to launch their self-developed Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) aircraft, the V-Speeder, they have already secured pre-orders for 112 units of the V-Speeder from U.S. customers, achieving tangible results.

Additionally, they participated in the World Korean Business Convention (Hansang Conference) held in Los Angeles, securing numerous buyers. They have also secured demand clients by participating for two consecutive years in the largest U.S. airshow, the EAA AirVenture.

V-Space plans to further accelerate its global market penetration by participating in the global IT exhibition ‘MWC’ Startup Pavilion, held in Barcelona, Spain, at the end of February.

A company representative stated, “Since last year, DA Technology has been working with V-Space on UAM-related projects, expanding its business portfolio through joint development of batteries for UAM. Currently, V-Space is conducting marketing activities by participating in global airshows, CES, and various exhibitions, and we will actively support them by leveraging DA Technology’s global network.”
