Education for Franchise Experts at Icheon Chicken University
Genesis BBQ Group announced on the 17th that it hired 50 new employees through an open recruitment process in the second half of last year.
This recruitment was divided into five sectors: operations, store development, marketing, strategic planning, and direct store managers and managers. A total of about 2,500 applicants applied, resulting in a competition rate of 50 to 1. Successful candidates were selected through document screening, AI competency tests, and final interviews.

The new employees are scheduled to complete a four-week introductory training at BBQ Chicken University, the company’s own training institute, before being assigned to their respective departments. A BBQ representative stated, "We are continuously conducting open recruitment for new employees with a mission to overcome global crises through talent management," adding, "We will continue to provide generous support to resolve youth unemployment and foster global talent."
