LG Electronics Extends Partnership with Gen.G to Promote UltraGear Gaming Experience

Providing a New Gaming Experience for eSports Fans

LG Electronics announced on the 17th that it will continue its partnership with the global esports company 'Gen.G Esports' through this year.

The two companies have been collaborating since 2021. Through this partnership extension, LG Electronics plans to provide a new gaming experience to global esports fans by promoting its high-performance gaming device brand, 'LG UltraGear™.'

Gen.G is an esports company that operates world-class esports teams in various game leagues such as 'League of Legends (LoL)', 'Battlegrounds', and 'Valorant'. Gen.G players wear uniforms featuring the LG UltraGear logo when participating in LoL tournaments. Additionally, LG UltraGear gaming monitors are used for content production related to the players and fan meeting events.

LG Electronics provides the best gaming monitors to Gen.G players, including the 'LG UltraGear Gaming Monitor LoL Edition (model: 27GR95QL)' launched last year. Gaming monitors are also supported for students at the global academy operated by Gen.G to enable training in the best environment.

Furthermore, vivid feedback from Gen.G players and students using LG UltraGear gaming monitors is reflected in the development of gaming monitors. In fact, during the development of the 'LG UltraGear Gaming Monitor LoL Edition,' the opinions of Gen.G players were incorporated into the back and stand, applying designs such as game characters and logos.
