Starting this year and for the next three years, SK C&C will integrally manage the IT infrastructure and applications of major Paradise Group affiliates, including Paradise Co., Paradise Walkerhill Casino, Paradise City, and Paradise Busan Hotel.

First, experts in each field will be utilized to conduct infrastructure operation diagnostics and application performance improvement tasks. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) system optimized for Paradise Group will be established, and an advanced IT service management system will be introduced.

In particular, a golden rule for incident response will be established and applied to minimize IT infrastructure and application failures and eliminate human errors within Paradise. According to Paradise's IT operation processes, proactive incident response measures such as ▲change operation guideline processes ▲single window for incident reporting ▲incident handling review board will be implemented.

Hwang Min-jung, Head of Strategy Business Development Group 1 at SK C&C, said, “Based on our extensive experience and know-how in ITO across various industries, we will quickly establish an integrated ITO system for Paradise Group. Leveraging diverse digital technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cloud, we will act as a vision partner to drive Paradise Group’s digital transformation.”
