Taerim Paper Donates 50 Million KRW Scholarship Fund to Haman County Scholarship Foundation

Taerim Paper, located in Chilseo-myeon, Haman-gun, Gyeongnam, donated 50 million KRW to the Haman-gun Scholarship Foundation to support the development of local talent.

At the donation ceremony held on the 15th, Taerim Paper’s Factory Manager Kim Young-gon, Support Team Leader Choi Soon-sik, and Assistant Manager Choi Dong-hyun attended and conveyed their commitment to the advancement of local education and talent development, presenting the scholarship fund to County Governor Jo Geun-je.

Since its establishment in 1986, Taerim Paper has been the largest domestic manufacturer specializing in corrugated cardboard base paper, boasting top technology and excellent quality under the slogan “A company that organically circulates resources to increase value and creates a harmonious world between nature and people.”

Factory Manager Kim Young-gon and the attendees stated, “As part of ESG management, social contribution, and the practice of sharing values, we will continue to practice steady sharing and love for Haman-gun and strive for ongoing social contribution activities.”

In response, Governor Jo said, “We are grateful for your interest and love in donating the scholarship fund for the healthy growth of young dreamers, the youth, and for joining the sharing activities. The donation will be used valuably for scholarship projects for students.”
