Lee Sang-geun, the governor of Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam, has embarked on a communication administration to listen to voices from the field.
On the 15th, to welcome the New Year, Governor Lee visited Goseong Dinosaur Market and Goseong Market to meet market merchants and hear opinions on local issues.
During the visit, Governor Lee also offered words of encouragement to the market merchants for the New Year.
He also discussed ways to revitalize the commercial district of Goseong Dinosaur Market and the establishment of infrastructure for Goseong Market.
Governor Lee said, “The year 2024 will be a year of leap forward to promote regional development and revive the local economy,” adding, “We will prioritize the stability of the residents' livelihoods.”
Meanwhile, this year, Goseong-gun plans to invest a total of 600 million won in Goseong Dinosaur Market to create a rooftop garden where anyone can rest, and at Goseong Market, following last year, it will continue the Saturday Market through the cultural tourism market development project and proceed with market infrastructure development projects.
