2024 First Half Year Management Strategy Meeting Held

DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 15th that it held the '2024 First Half Management Strategy Meeting' on the 12th at its Daegu headquarters, attended by over 300 executives and department heads. This management strategy meeting was held more than two weeks earlier than usual to facilitate early business operations in January and compressed growth.

Setting the management goal for this year as "From First to Best, New Challenges Together with Customers," Daegu Bank established specific strategic directions focusing on the bank's fundamentals: customer trust, innovation for customers in the digital era, and leaps driven by customers. The bank explained that this reflects its commitment to successfully transitioning into a commercial bank together with its customers.

Additionally, during the management strategy meeting, major groups and regional headquarters shared their promotion strategies with branch managers nationwide to enhance the execution power of detailed strategies. The Personal Customer Group proposed product strategies for customer enjoyment, the Corporate Customer Group presented data-driven outreach sales and cross-selling strategies, the Public Finance Group suggested social contribution plans that resonate with local communities and generations, and the IMBANK Group introduced strategies for advancing corporate finance.
