To use this service, issuance of the ‘KakaoBank Certificate’ through identity verification and account authentication is required. KakaoBank explained that it has established a real-time failure response system through customer service center operations and an integrated monitoring center, and the range of usage is expanding. The service scope has been extended not only to public institutions such as the National Tax Service Hometax but also to Megabox, Melon, KakaoStyle, and Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation Q-net identity verification, with plans for continuous expansion in the future.
