Introducing 3 types including Happy Bean Nanum Hetbahn White Rice
Donations possible through quiz participation without purchasing products
CJ CheilJedang announced on the 15th that it will conduct the ‘Nanum Hetbahn Campaign’ to support children experiencing care gaps in collaboration with Naver Happy Bean.
This campaign will run on Happy Bean Good Action until March 15, and CJ CheilJedang will introduce three products available exclusively on Naver: ‘Happy Bean Nanum Hetbahn White Rice,’ ‘Happy Bean Nanum Hetbahn Germinated Brown Rice,’ and ‘Happy Bean Nanum Hetbahn Sotban Variety Pack.’ Happy Bean Good Action is a platform that introduces various public interest campaigns such as corporate sharing activities and allows donations.
CJ CheilJedang plans to deliver donations worth up to 100 million KRW and Hetbahn products to children experiencing care gaps through Happy Bean and the CJ Nanum Foundation. The CJ Nanum Foundation carries out cultural and social contribution activities such as cultural education for vulnerable children and youth and community sharing activities through ‘CJ Donors Camp,’ an online sharing platform with over 4,000 regional children’s centers registered as members nationwide.
Additionally, even without purchasing products, people can participate in donations by taking quizzes to find the recommended Hetbahn that suits them or by writing supportive comments for children experiencing care gaps on the Naver Happy Bean Good Action page.
Im Hyun-dong, head of e-commerce sales at CJ CheilJedang, said, “We prepared this campaign so that children in need do not skip meals during the cold winter,” and added, “We will continue to carry out various social contribution activities for neighbors in need.”
