DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 11th that it is launching a mortgage loan transfer service and conducting events such as preferential interest rate offers.

This service allows customers to conveniently transfer their mortgage loans through iM Bank without visiting a branch. Special preferential interest rates are offered when transferring mortgage loans from other financial institutions to Daegu Bank. For the main product, the hybrid interest rate mortgage loan (5 years fixed, then variable annually), an interest rate of 3.26% to 4.36% per annum (as of the 11th) is applied.

Applications can be made at branches or through iM Bank, and those who switch via iM Bank by April 30 will receive a 50,000 KRW Yogiyo mobile gift card. Additionally, through a lottery, prizes such as a Roborock S8 Pro Ultra (1 winner), Samsung BESPOKE Shoe Dresser (1 winner), and iPad 10th generation (1 winner) will be awarded.
