A Project Worth a Total of 13 Billion Won
Yoonseong F&C, a manufacturer of mixing equipment for secondary battery electrode processes, announced on the 10th that it has secured a new bio-exclusive microbial factory project.
This project, commissioned by Daewoong Bio, involves supplying and installing mixing equipment for the production of biopharmaceuticals at the Hyangnam plant. The total scale is 13 billion KRW. The project covers everything from process equipment for Daewoong Bio's global CDMO business to construction, automation, and validation (performed by subcontractors). This contract involves the delivery of KGMP-certified equipment applied to biopharmaceuticals.
Yoonseong F&C secured large-scale contracts consecutively in the second half of last year. In September last year, it announced a large-scale order from a European global battery manufacturer, and additionally, in December, it signed a large-scale battery mixing equipment contract worth 114.7 billion KRW. It also secured new customers by signing new mixing equipment supply contracts with global home appliance companies, laying a stable foundation for growth.
Park Chi-young, CEO of Yoonseong F&C, said, "This order is a case recognizing our company's high-quality competitiveness and is meaningful as a mutual trust effect with our customers," adding, "We plan to actively participate in mixing equipment-related businesses beyond our existing customers."
Yoonseong F&C is continuously expanding its market by developing not only continuous electrode manufacturing systems but also dry electrode manufacturing systems. It was selected as a joint research institute for a national project in 2021 and is currently carrying out the project.
