Last Year's ATP Contamination Measurements Inspection... All 8 Complexes Deemed 'Safe'
Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, will expand the management of 'Community Facility Safe Apartments' to 80 complexes this year. This project, first implemented nationwide in 2022, was designed to establish quarantine guidelines for apartment community facilities so that residents can use the facilities in a safe environment free from infectious diseases.
The district conducted quarantine inspections twice last year, in the first and second halves, targeting a total of 72 facilities across 8 complexes designated as Community Facility Safe Apartments, including Songdo The Sharp Green One 1 & 2, Songdo Poonglim I-One 2 Complex, Yeonsu Seohae Grandble 1 Complex, Songdo Well County 3 Complex, Songdo Ocean Park Verdiom, and Songdo The Sharp First Park 14 & 15 Complex.
As a result of the second half quarantine inspection, all 13 items pointed out during the first half inspection regarding facility quarantine management?such as failure to prepare disinfection and ventilation logs, lack of quarantine supplies, and disinfection and management of shared items?were improved and supplemented. Additionally, the ATP contamination measurement values, which were previously at 'contaminated' levels, were confirmed to be 'safe' in all 8 complexes, and the swimming pool water quality test results, which were previously 'unsatisfactory,' were found to be 'satisfactory,' showing clear improvement.

In a satisfaction survey on quarantine management conducted with residents and facility managers following the designation of Community Facility Safe Apartments, 99.25% responded with 'satisfied,' showing a 0.9 percentage point increase in satisfaction compared to 2022.
Yeonsu-gu plans to analyze and supplement the effects of the existing project this year and expand the quarantine management target to all 80 complexes within Yeonsu-gu that have community facilities installed and operated, accelerating the creation of a safe quarantine environment in daily life.
A representative from the Yeonsu-gu Public Health Center said, "We appreciate the efforts of facility managers and residents who participated in the Community Facility Safe Apartments project last year," and added, "We will continue to strive to establish a culture of everyday quarantine this year as well."
