Metagalaxia, Beauty Brand 'Berti' NFT Airdrop Event

Once a week for a total of 5 times until the 11th of next month

On the 8th, MetaGalaxia, a leading domestic non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace platform, announced that it will hold an NFT airdrop event for VERTTY, a vegan skincare brand by Dareum International.

The event will be held in a quiz format once a week for a total of five times from today until the 11th of next month. A total of 2,500 people can participate in the quiz and receive NFTs. For each event, the first 500 customers who answer the quiz questions about the VERTTY brand and products correctly will receive one of each of five representative VERTTY products, including Cica Pad, Cleansing Foam, Toner, and one VERTTY brand character NFT.

Additionally, 20 customers who receive NFTs each week will be selected by lottery to receive actual VERTTY products linked to the corresponding NFT artwork. Further benefits will be provided later through a review event connected to the provided products.

A MetaGalaxia official stated, “NFTs can serve as an effective marketing tool by naturally promoting brands through digital artworks and forming special relationships with customers who own limited edition NFTs,” adding, “We will continue to offer marketing solutions utilizing NFTs to various companies to enhance the value of NFT utilization for businesses.”

Meanwhile, Galaxia Metaverse, the operator of MetaGalaxia, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dareum International in December last year for NFT product development and marketing cooperation. VERTTY, the vegan beauty brand newly launched by Dareum International in 2022, is an eco-friendly skincare brand that excludes animal-derived ingredients and harmful substances, targeting teenagers in their teens and twenties who have many skin concerns.

This NFT artwork utilizes five award-winning pieces selected through expert judging from the “2023 Vegan Beauty VERTTY Character Contest,” which Dareum International held for students of the Art and Design School at Seoul Women’s University.
