Lee, who murdered two women in their 60s who owned coffee shops in Goyang-si and Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, was arrested.
Judge Jo Ji-hwan of the Uijeongbu District Court Goyang Branch issued an arrest warrant for Lee on the 7th.
The police who arrested Lee are investigating additional crimes and are also considering holding a personal information disclosure review committee soon to release Lee's face, age, and name.

Lee is accused of strangling and killing a woman in her 60s, Ms. A, who was working alone at an underground coffee shop in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, around 7 p.m. on December 30 last year.
He is also accused of killing Ms. B, a woman in her 60s who owned a coffee shop on the second floor of a building in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, around 8:30 a.m. on the 5th, six days after the first incident.
Immediately after the murders, Lee is believed to have stolen about 300,000 won in cash from each store.
