Kwon Dae-young Appointed as Standing Commissioner and Secretary-General of the Financial Services Commission

The Financial Services Commission announced on the 5th that it has appointed Kwon Dae-young, a standing commissioner, as the new Secretary-General.


Secretary-General Kwon passed the 38th Administrative Examination and worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economy's Foreign Currency Fund Division, Securities System Division, and Financial Policy Division, and served as the General Manager of the Public Fund Management Committee.


He then served as the Head of Asset Management Division, Head of Small and Medium Finance Division, Head of Banking Division, Head of Financial Policy Division at the FSC, and later as the Director of Financial Innovation Planning Team, Director of Financial Industry Bureau, and Director of Financial Policy Bureau.
