Goodrich, a domestic corporate insurance agency (GA), announced on the 4th that it revealed its 2024 management strategy through its YouTube channel.
Goodrich set this year's management policy as "Reorganizing company-wide capabilities to maximize value." To achieve this, it finalized four detailed management strategy directions: ▲ Concentrating company-wide resources to fundamentally strengthen sales ▲ Reorganizing the organization centered on a control tower to proactively respond to external uncertainties and increase organizational flexibility ▲ Pioneering new markets to maximize value ▲ Enhancing overall efficiency through operational system improvements. Through these efforts, the company aims to achieve a 10% sales growth this year.
Goodrich plans to further accelerate the activation of the headquarters system by introducing branch and headquarters-level organizations, securing Goodrich's unique GA sales competitiveness through training programs for inexperienced financial professionals, integrating regulations and systems to revitalize sales, and strengthening mutual communication between sales sites and headquarters staff.
Despite difficult internal and external conditions last year, Goodrich did not reduce its investment in marketing and IT technology development costs. Amid these efforts, it recorded a performance turnaround, overcoming the slump of 2022. This year, it plans to focus selectively on resources and ensure operational efficiency.
In addition to expanding the organization linked with marketing, Goodrich plans to derive tangible results through swift and accurate IT-based decision-making to activate sales, establish a system for profitability through customer acquisition, and pursue sustainable growth.
Han Seung-pyo, CEO of Goodrich, said, "Goodrich is a differentiated company where IT and marketing are central to sales," adding, "We will further strengthen communication with the sales field and transform into a platform company that communicates seamlessly from planners to support staff."
Meanwhile, at the end of last year, Goodrich held an awards ceremony for long-term employees and outstanding executives and staff.
