Habit Factory hires full-time insurance planners at subsidiary Signal Financial Lab

Signal Financial Lab, a subsidiary of data-driven insurance sales startup Habit Factory, announced on the 4th that it is hiring full-time insurance planners. Signal Financial Lab is a corporate insurance agency (GA) that provides consultations through the insurance management application ‘Signal Planner’.

The main duties involve insurance analysis and subscription support based on KakaoTalk. Applicants must have at least one year of insurance-related experience and hold a non-life insurance planner license. The selection process consists of document submission until the 31st, followed by an online job interview, an offline interview, and final acceptance.

Signal Financial Lab planners work at the company’s office in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, without relocating. They conduct consultations for customers who come through the app. Since full-time salaries are paid monthly, sales commissions do not directly affect the planners’ income. The company plans to continuously improve working conditions by providing additional welfare benefits. Detailed information can be found on the Signal Financial Lab website.

Following the hiring of a hearing-impaired planner in June last year, the company has hired two more. They explain that they contribute not only to financial performance but also to creating social value.

Kim Seong-guk, CEO of Signal Financial Lab, said, “Annual salaries can reach up to 105 million KRW, and with the provision of the four major insurances and retirement pensions, the actual salary is among the highest in the industry,” adding, “We hope many talented individuals who want to contribute to customer-oriented finance based on data and technology will apply.”

Meanwhile, Habit Factory, the parent company of Signal Financial Lab, completed a Series C investment worth 20.6 billion KRW in November last year.
