2024 Business Indicators 'Increase Consumers'
Innovation in New Direct Sales, Overseas and Online Customer Development, Consumer-Centered Approach
Yoo Hak-su, CEO of Coreana Cosmetics, stated in his New Year's address on the 3rd, "Through innovation in direct selling, we will recreate the success story of Coreana's direct sales from 30 years ago," emphasizing a focus on online marketing and customer growth.
This year's management indicator is 'Increase Consumers.' To achieve this, three major management policies have been established: innovation in direct selling, development of overseas and online customers, and consumer-centric approaches.
CEO Yoo said, “We must strengthen social media promotion and pioneer customers in both overseas and domestic markets through online marketing and sales,” adding, “Let’s actively respond to rapidly changing environmental changes and make Coreana a leader in the industry.”
So far, Coreana Cosmetics has successfully entered the Southeast Asian markets, such as Vietnam and Thailand, where significant growth is expected, actively pursuing diversification of export markets.
In 2019, it became the first in the cosmetics industry to receive the 'Presidential Award in the Product Quality Innovation category at the 45th National Quality Management Convention,' achieving government awards in five areas: product quality, R&D, environment, design, and consumers.
