On the morning of the 2nd at 7:30 AM, Ryu Gyeong-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, visited the burial grounds of distinguished figures at Mangwoo History and Culture Park to pay his respects and reaffirm his aspirations for the 2024 Gapjin year.
Mayor Ryu visits Mangwoo History and Culture Park annually to commemorate the great figures, honor their legacy, and strengthen his resolve for the new year. This year, he paid tribute with flowers and a moment of silence at the graves of independence activist Yu Gwan-sun and scholar Manhae Han Yong-un.
This visit embodied the commitment to remember the noble dedication and spirit of independence activist Yu Gwan-sun and scholar Manhae Han Yong-un, and to continue promoting the historical value held by Jungnang-gu.
