It is alleged that A and others took turns driving a vehicle for about 20 km around the Songdo area in Incheon at around 10:50 p.m. the previous day. It was reported that they broadcast live on social networking services (SNS) while driving without a license. In their broadcast video, there was a scene where B swore at A, saying, "It's 100 km/h, don't step on it, you crazy XX, the engine will explode." They were caught by the police who responded to a report from a viewer who watched the broadcast at around 12:20 a.m. that day after a collision occurred.

It was found that B took his father's car keys and contacted A, whom he met through SNS, to commit the crime together. A had previously posted several videos while driving without a license but had not been caught by the police until now. A police official said, "Among the two suspects, only B is identified as a criminal minor (juvenile exempt from criminal liability)." He added, "They have currently been sent home, and a detailed investigation will be conducted."
