Korea Meteorological Administration Lifts Heavy Snow Warning for Southeast and Northeast Seoul Areas

The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that the heavy snow advisory issued for the southeastern and northeastern areas of Seoul will be lifted at 4 p.m. on the 30th.

A heavy snow advisory is issued when snowfall is expected to accumulate 5 cm or more within 24 hours.

The heavy snow advisory has been lifted for the southeastern districts of Seoul, including Songpa-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Gangdong-gu. It has also been lifted for the northeastern districts of Nowon-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Jungnang-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Dobong-gu, Gangbuk-gu, and Seongdong-gu.
