Chosun University recently conducted the '2023 Winter Field Training Pre-Education' for 51 enrolled students over two days starting from the 21st, as part of the University Job Plus Center project under the Employment Strategy Team, to strengthen the capabilities of field trainees.
During the training sessions, to enhance adaptation to the first workplace experience, guidance was provided on employee attitudes and workplace etiquette, business manners education, how to use the Field Training Support Center system, and how to write field training logs and reports.
A total of 51 field trainees from 15 companies, including Igloo Corporation Co., Ltd., will have the opportunity to participate in field training for 4 weeks (short-term course) to 8 weeks (mid-term course) to gain practical work experience.
Kim Jae-hong, Director of the University Job Plus Center at Chosun University, stated, "Through field training linked with industrial sites, we can provide students preparing for employment with real work experience opportunities at companies they wish to join. We will continue to expand field training during summer and winter vacations."
