ToBeSoft Rebuilds NH Logistics BPR Financial Logistics System

ToBeSoft, a digital transformation (DX) specialist company led by CEO Lee Kyung-chan, has commenced the renewal project of the BPR financial logistics system for NongHyup Logistics.

On the 27th, ToBeSoft announced that it will carry out the renewal development of the TMS (Transportation Management System) within NongHyup Logistics' BPR financial logistics system as a turnkey project using a system integration (SI) approach.

BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) refers to fundamentally redesigning business processes to improve core performance factors such as cost, quality, and service. It is effective in enhancing sales competitiveness and productivity.

NongHyup Logistics, launched in 2004 to improve logistics efficiency by integrating transportation volumes of NongHyup Central Association and its affiliates, operates various businesses nationwide including agricultural product logistics, mart logistics, feed/grain, and financial logistics.

The financial logistics system, first established by NongHyup Logistics in 2007, is divided into important document transportation, which transports critical documents, forms, and supplies for NongHyup branches, and cash transportation, which handles the transport of Korean won and foreign currency funds.

ToBeSoft plans to radically renew the TMS system sections such as dispatch, operation, and settlement using the Nexacro N v24 development platform to provide safer and more convenient cash transportation services.

First, a system will be established to link the PDA system work details of delivery drivers to the TMS in real time, and notification functions for operational driving details will be enhanced.

Specifically, improvements will focus on ▲dispatch management ▲performance management ▲settlement management ▲bank branch systems. New features will also be applied, including the renewal of the main screen performance statistics management dashboard, KakaoTalk notification service prior to branch visits, and integration with Tmap for optimized delivery route services.

The renewed system is scheduled to be completed by the end of February next year and commercialized thereafter, with continuous improvements planned based on user feedback.

Starting with this system renewal project, ToBeSoft plans to actively support the DX of NongHyup Logistics by adding various application solutions and expand its business scope to continuously secure turnkey contracts.

A ToBeSoft official stated, "Since this project is conducted in a turnkey format entirely led and executed by ToBeSoft, successful development will serve as a case recognizing our in-house technological capabilities," adding, "We will further enhance customer convenience through future DX integration work utilizing various application solutions."
