The video includes subtitles explaining Gwanghallu Garden to enhance its visual completeness.

Currently, just five days after its release, the video has attracted explosive interest with 11,000 views on YouTube.

The English version of the video was unveiled at the 2023 Namwon World Drone Competition, providing an opportunity to showcase the beauty of Gwanghallu Garden to foreign tourists visiting Namwon. It also introduced the charm and beauty of Gwanghallu Garden to the world at the Bucheon International Comics Festival and the UAE (United Arab Emirates) KOREA FESTIVAL.

Gwanghallu Garden is a Joseon Dynasty garden expressing a fairyland world, centered around Gwanghallu Pavilion, with a lake symbolizing the Milky Way, Samsinsan Mountain, and Ojakgyo Bridge harmoniously combined. The representative pavilion, Gwanghallu, was built in 1419 by Hwang Hui and was originally called ‘Gwangtongru’ (廣通樓). In 1434, Jeong In-ji renamed it Gwanghallu, likening it to the Moon Palace Gwanghancheongheobu (廣寒淸虛府). It is currently being considered for elevation to national treasure status.

A city official stated, “Ahead of the enforcement of the Natural Heritage Act, we produced a global content video to once again highlight the beauty of Gwanghallu Garden and to expand promotion both domestically and overseas. We will do our best to continue promoting the beautiful Gwanghallu Garden.”
