Starting Today, Police Certificates Can Be Issued at Unmanned Civil Service Kiosks

From now on, traffic accident confirmation certificates, driving record certificates (Korean), and driving record certificates (English) can be issued at unmanned civil service kiosks.


The National Police Agency announced that starting from the 26th, the issuance service for the three most frequently issued police certificates will be available at unmanned civil service kiosks.

As of this date, 5,564 unmanned civil service kiosks are installed nationwide in public places such as government offices and subway stations. Detailed locations can be checked through the Government24 website, and the issuance service is free of charge.


The National Police Agency expects that public satisfaction will increase as accessibility and convenience for issuing civil documents improve.

An official from the National Police Agency stated, “It is expected to enhance civil convenience by allowing people to easily obtain police certificates nearby without visiting police stations,” adding, “We plan to expand police certificate services using unmanned civil service kiosks along with the establishment of the ‘Police Civil Service 24 Home Service’ in 2025.”
