Sangji Kyleum, Finally Selected as Construction Company for 'Ricardi Aston Cheongdam' [Riccardi Aston Cheongdam Bird's-eye View]

‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam,’ set to become a new landmark in Cheongdam-dong, has finalized Sangji Kailoom Co., Ltd. as its construction company.


Recently, Aster Development, a real estate developer that signed a construction contract with Sangji Kailoom Co., Ltd. for the new ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ project, plans to commence construction in the first half of 2024 and complete it in the second half of 2027.


‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ will be located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, consisting of 12 officetels ranging from 172 to 206 square meters in exclusive area, spanning from four basement floors to 20 above-ground floors. Notably, it will feature a super high-rise design with a height of 105 meters, the tallest along Yeongdong-daero, positioning it as a future landmark representing Cheongdam-dong.


Sangji Kailoom Co., Ltd., the construction company in charge, is recognized as a first-generation builder leading Korea’s luxury residential culture. It owns its own brands, Sangji Ritzville and Sangji Kailoom, and has experience completing landmark luxury residential complexes in prestigious neighborhoods such as Cheongdam-dong, Daechi-dong, and Seocho-gu.


In particular, having completed nine luxury residential complexes solely in Cheongdam-dong and with its headquarters located there, Sangji Kailoom is regarded as the construction company that best understands the luxury residential culture of Cheongdam-dong. Additionally, its thorough after-sales management, including defect repairs and AS services, has earned strong brand trust and preference in the area, drawing significant attention from prospective buyers for the ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ project.


Meanwhile, with Sangji Kailoom confirmed as the construction company, the progress of the ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ project is expected to gain further momentum.


Designed as an ultra-luxury space enjoyed by only 12 households, ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ consists entirely of duplex-structured single penthouses. Each floor accommodates only one unit to maximize privacy, and all units feature a duplex layout with ceiling heights reaching 7.3 meters.


The duplex design also ensures that even lower-floor units (around the 3rd floor) enjoy views equivalent to those from the 10th floor of a typical apartment. While views of the Han River were previously available only to some high-floor units, at ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam,’ all units will enjoy this feature.


Furthermore, an ‘ALL-Customizing’ service will be offered, allowing residents to select everything from floor plans and design concepts to finishing materials, except for major structural components. This asset-owner tailored service was conceived in response to the uniform product offerings of current luxury residential complexes, which fail to reflect the tastes and discernment of affluent buyers.


Recently, with Seoul City easing land transaction permit regulations for real estate excluding apartments, ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ is supplied as officetels, allowing freedom in acquisition and disposal. Additionally, with fewer than 100 units supplied, immediate resale upon contract is possible, enhancing its investment value.


Currently, ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ is accepting pre-reservations through Aster MND and operates the Aston Gallery.
