Prosecutor General Lee Won-seok's Overseas Trip to Saudi Arabia... Anti-Corruption Cooperation Agreement Signed

Prosecutor General Lee Won-seok will visit Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for his first overseas trip since taking office. The trip is scheduled for 2 nights and 5 days, from the 23rd to the 27th.

This trip was made possible by an official invitation from the Saudi Arabian Anti-Corruption Authority (NAZAHA). Prosecutor General Lee plans to hold business consultations with the Saudi Arabian Prosecutor General, who visited Korea in October 2019, and to sign a memorandum of understanding with NAZAHA.

The Supreme Prosecutors' Office stated, "We plan to discuss ways to enhance exchange and cooperation between the anti-corruption agencies of both countries."
