Jongno-gu, Recruiting University Student Administrative Experience Group Until the 29th

Jongno-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jeong Munheon) is recruiting the 'Winter Vacation University Student Administrative Experience Group' until the 29th of this month.

Applicants must be university students residing in the area, with their resident registration address in Jongno-gu as of the announcement date, the 13th of this month. They must be enrolled in a university under the Higher Education Act, and remote universities or in-company universities under the Lifelong Education Act are not eligible. Applicants must not have participated in the Jongno-gu University Student Administrative Experience Group within the past year.

A total of 25 people will be recruited, of which 5 will be selected from basic livelihood security recipients, lower-income groups, or children from large families (three or more children). Applications can be submitted on the district office website by 6 p.m. on the 29th of this month. Successful candidates will be selected by computerized lottery, and the results will be notified via the website and text message on January 5th of next year.

Selected members of the administrative experience group will be assigned to the district office, affiliated institutions, the council, or community service centers, considering their major, possession of qualifications, and residence comprehensively, and will be responsible for administrative support and on-site work assistance.

They will work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will be paid 57,180 KRW per day based on the 2024 Jongno-gu living wage. The working period is from January 22 to February 23 of next year, with an actual working day count of 23 days.
