Solus Advanced Materials announced on the 21st that its board of directors has resolved to carry out a 100% free stock dividend.
New shares will be allocated at a ratio of 1 share per 1 share owned for common stock, Class 1 preferred stock, and Class 2 preferred stock.
Through this capital increase, 45,448,642 new shares will be issued, increasing the total number of issued shares to 90,904,406. The record date for the new shares is January 9 of next year, and the expected listing date is January 30.
